Who is the parking mobile app suitable for?

This page is for parking businesses that want staff to handle operations on site from their phones. It suits teams that need fast recording at the gate, valet point, or on the lot. The business owner tracks the same data from the web panel.

  • Parking lots where staff need to enter records from their phones
  • Businesses with heavy valet and on-site staff activity
  • Operators who want fast vehicle entry-exit recording at the gate
  • Businesses that do not want extra per-operator fees

What can staff do from their phone?

Mobile usage lets staff complete core on-site parking tasks from their phone.

  • Create vehicle entry records
  • Record vehicle exits and track duration
  • Enter and search plate information
  • Record cash and manual payments
  • View current occupancy information

On-site records from the phone

Staff log in with their authorized account and register incoming vehicles. Plate information can be entered manually; on exit, duration and fee are calculated. Cash collection is marked in the same flow.

During busy hours, staff enter records directly on their phone instead of passing information on paper or via messages. Records appear in the system instantly; end-of-day checks become easier.

  • Vehicle entry and exit recording from the phone
  • Plate and payment data entry
  • Per-staff action tracking
  • Instantly updated records

What does the business owner track from the web panel?

While staff work from their phone, the business owner or manager monitors same-day activity from the web panel. Vehicles inside, recent entries and exits, payment records, and available space can be viewed from a computer.

Mobile usage is for staff; parking settings, capacity definition, and business details are managed from the web panel. The two channels complement each other: the field team enters records quickly; the manager tracks on a larger screen.

  • Daily activity tracking from the web panel
  • Payment and entry-exit records
  • Available space and capacity view
  • Staff transaction history

How does mobile usage start?

Staff can start entering records from their phone in a few steps.

  1. You submit a business application; parking and staff details are defined.
  2. Staff accounts are created; short online training is provided.
  3. Staff start recording vehicle entries, exits, and payments from their phone.
  4. The business owner tracks the same records from the web panel.
